Hello, my name is Elijah. First and most importantly, I would like to thank you for visiting my portfolio. I will be updating this portfolio frequently, so please check back often.
I have always loved taking pictures; I used to take photos with my grandparent's Polaroid. Later on, I was gifted a Canon Rebel T2i. That camera has been on many adventures with me, including across the country and even up to Canada.
In 2019 I decided to get a new camera. I did a lot of research and got the Sony a6400 mirrorless camera with an 18-135 lens. Sony released a new feature with this camera called "Animal Eye-Tracking." When I learned about that feature, I knew I had to have it. In addition to nature photos, I love taking pictures of my dog, Buster. About 3 years later, I got the Sony A7iii and I've loved every moment with it. In 2023 I bought my first third-party lens, a Tamron 28mm - 200mm lens. I haven't switched back to the kit lens since.
Since creating this website, I've made a lot of changes. I've opened up two stores on Shopify (store.etzart.com and raccoonparadise.com). Full transparency, even though I have not made many sales. It's been an amazing experience learning about graphic art, website design, Shopify interface, marketing, and many other things. I hope to use my knowledge for future projects, whether working with a company or a personal project.
