Terms & Conditions (T&C) for Discount codes
By using any discount, including lifetime, code on etzart.com (etzphotos.myshopify.com), etzphotos for short, or any other website affiliated with etzphotos.myshopify.com (including the Social Media channels and etzart.com), the discount holder (you) agrees to these simple terms.
• Etzart (Etzphotos) has the right to make changes to these terms & conditions without any notice. Etzart (Etzphotos) wants to be as transparent as possible. So, they will notify the discount holder seven days in advance.
• Etzart (Etzphotos) has the right to change the discount whenever they see fit without notifying the discount holder. Etzart (Etzphotos) wants to be as transparent as possible. So, they will inform the discount holder seven days in advance.
• Etzart (Etzphotos) has the right to discontinue the discount code whenever they see fit. Etzart (Etzphotos) wants to be as transparent as possible. So, they will inform the discount holder seven days in advance.
• Unless communicated on the etzart (etzphotos) websites/social media channels, discount codes are meant only for the discount holder (you). Any attempt to break the Terms & Conditions can result in legal action.
With Etzart (Etzphotos) trying to be as transparent as possible, we hope customers can too. Etzart (Etzphotos) hopes that the discount holder (you) follows these rules so that we can build a healthy relationship & keep the prices low. If the discount codes are abused, Etzart (Etzphotos) will have no choice but to raise the prices without notifying customers.

I am a very understanding person. I like to give people chances, and I want to make sure customers have the best experience. Breaking the T&C will not immediately result in legal action, but I will have no choice if there are repeated attempts.
